Here’s a simple immune system boosting smoothie to give you a kick start when you need it this autumn/winter, or you simply need a re-vitaliser. 

Ingredients

1 carrot – washed, unpeeled

1 orange – peeled

½ lemon

1 cup of ice

1 small slice of ginger

1 cup water – filtered

1 teaspoon of chia seed or turmeric

Method

Pop all the ingredients into a blender, and….

Done.
