This Is Judith's Twenty Year Quest For Results.....
For 20 years on and off, I have been going to slimming clubs, exercise classes and been a member of a gym for most of those years. Exercise has always been a means to an end to lose weight, so I was quite cynical when my daughter told me about Fitness Formation and how great she had heard it was.
I was feeling very down and miserable after seeing photos of myself on a recent holiday, so I decided I needed to do something about it. I took the plunge and went along to Fitness Formation with my daughter, initially for a trial period of 28 days, never thinking I would become a member.
Walking through the door for the first training session was very daunting and I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I soon began to feel a part of the group.
Now four months down the line I have lost 18lbs. More importantly, I have lost inches and people have started to notice and comment.
Ryan and Dan have a refreshing approach to training They are a great combination being motivating, inspiring and knowledgable, coupled with a fantastic sense of humour. They are both totally committed to make every session, albeit tough and challenging, enjoyable and rewarding. I am now starting to see the results of my hard work and from the encouragement I have received from everyone at Fitness Formation.
The group sessions are brilliant as you are supported by other like minded members which adds to the whole Fitness Formation experience. We have a laugh, chat and train hard. Most of the time! The online group support is great with recipes, advice and general inspirational banter.
I would recommend anyone who wants to become fitter and stronger to join Fitness Formation because it is more than just going to a gym. It’s fun and they care about you and from my experience, they get results.
I feel fitter, healthier and happier than I have been for years, although my family and friends think I am mad for getting up to go to 6am training sessions.
I love it and never in a million years would I have thought I would say that about exercise of any kind.
