Fitness Formation has had such a positive impact on my health and lifestyle. I was sceptical at first about trying Fitness Formation, as I had tried everything. Running, personal training, boot camps, and other gyms in order to lose weight and boost my self-confidence with little results. 

A friend recommended Fitness Formation, who had heard positive reviews about it and from those who had tried it.

I decided to join their ‘8 Week Fitness Challenge’. On my first session, I met the amazing FF team. Dan, Ryan, Heather and Ben made me feel welcome as though I had been a member for years. That initial trepidation was soon put at ease by the warm and friendly welcome from the coaches and from the members of Fitness Formation. 

The pace of the session and one-to-one guidance from the coaches was excellent, and the combination of the sessions really did push the intensity, and I went home with such a buzz, which left me really wanting to complete my eight week membership.

Over the coming weeks, with the combination of a good diet and consistent sessions, I dropped over a stone, and could visibly see the results which motivated me to finish.

What I love about Fitness Formation is how you feel part of the family and how fun and well managed the sessions are with qualified coaches, who provide excellent advice and motivation during training and on-line.

Having completed my initial eight weeks, and seeing such a good turn around in losing weight and the change in body shape, I knew Fitness Formation was worth the investment.
