Here’s another recipe from our own cookbook. It’s super simple, and you’ll be done and ready to go in less than a few minutes. This little recipe serves one person.

Ingredients

1 banana

200ml almond milk

2 tbsp natural yogurt

2 tsp brewer’s yeast powder

3-4 ice cubes

Recipe - Banana Shake

Method

Place all the ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
