Try this shake for replenishing energy stores, and aiding your recovery process the next time you workout.
Ingredients
2 scoops of protein powder
Half a mango, peeled, and cut
Two strawberries
Kiwi fruit, peeled, and cut
2 tinned pineapple rings
Half cup of ice cubes

Whack all the ingredients into a blender and……
