Here’s a great pick me up smoothie from one of our cookbooks for any time you’re feeling a little run down:

Ingredients

1/4 cup of almond milk

1 banana

2 tbsp grated ginger

1/2 papaya chopped

1 cup of greek yoghurt

Method

1. Whack the almond milk, fruit, and ginger into a blender until smooth.

2. Add the yoghurt.

3. Blend until smooth.
