Let’s set the scene.

Today is Thursday. Monday is four days away.

Monday is the day the “diet” begins.

Monday is the day the “new you” begins to be made.

Dependent on when you read this blog, Monday may be the first of the month. It may be the twenty ninth.

Question…..

Why are you waiting for Monday?

Why can’t you start today? Right now? At the very minute you finish reading this short blog.

Blog Title - Be Victorious

Monday will come. Once a week for the rest of your life. The new you will begin. You will completely cut out everything that you like.

You will go to the gym on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They will be good days. Everything you have planned will go to plan.

Then…..

Thursday. Life gets real. You have a bad start to your day. You jump on the scales and you haven’t lost eight pounds in three days. Things go from bad to worse. You retaliate against the scales by hoovering up a full packet of something that put you in this place in the first instance.

Defeated. You lost. Another week or two wasted. But why?

Begin right now.

Start to make small changes. Smart choices. These will soon become habit. Second nature. Strengths. If you have an off moment, don’t worry about it. Don’t forgo everything you like.

Eat the things you like in moderation. But do it right now. Change something right this very minute. Something that will benefit, not hinder you.

DO NOT WAIT FOR MONDAY.
