Fitness Formation is one of hundreds of thousands of gyms around the world. All of them are places where people go to improve themselves. Both in body and in spirit. The teams within them who have the opportunity to positively affect the lives of many people every day should see themselves as immensely privileged to do so.

At FF, that is absolutely the case. Our industry is an amazing place to say you “work”. Each and every day, we get to surround ourselves with friends. With an extended family. Kind of like a load of sisters and brothers you didn’t want!

Like any family, everyone has to support each other. Everyone has to respect one another. Everyone has to be honest with each other.

Our #fitnessformationfamilia are everything above plus a whole lot more. They are a tribe. A pride. There are no leaders. There are no followers. They all stand shoulder to shoulder. Side by side.

Equal in anything. Together in everything.

In April 2015, Fitness Formation was awarded ‘Gym of the Year’. Why? Because of the people mentioned above. Plus family, friends, associates and supporters of Fitness Formation from all over the country.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to our amazing and our ever growing family. The heartbeat of our little studio. Fitness Formation’s formidable familia. You guys are the reason we love what we do. The reason we love working unsociable hours. The reason why we strive to make ourselves better constantly.

Understand that you are a part of something truly unique. Surrounded by unique people. People who want nothing but success for you, and will never stand by to watch you fail.

This award is for you guys. In all honesty, it’s all down to you guys. Without our tribe, we’d just be another gym.
