Here’s a great little recipe for some festive treats.

Ingredients

1 tbsp smooth, organic peanut butter

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp tahini

3 tsp agave syrup

2 tsp chopped almonds

5 tbsp ground flax seeds

4 tsp desiccated coconut

Recipe - Almond Balls

Method

1. Mix together the nut butter and tahini. Add the agave syrup and chopped almonds. Add the ground flax seed to the mixture.

2. Divide these into six balls, and roll into the coconut and then refrigerate for at least three hours or ideally overnight.
