Each month, we award one of our awesome #fitnessformationfamilia with the ‘Client of the Month’ award.
It could be for a whole number of reasons. They’ve shown amazing consistency in a relentless pursuit to change their body, mind and spirit. They could have gone above and beyond for others. They could be an awesome team player, putting others before themselves, or they could just be awesome people who make us laugh.
Over the last few months, we have rewarded one of these lucky lot this prestigious title and each and every one of them has thoroughly earned it.

Over the last few months, Suzanne has lost over 26cm overall off her waist and hips and over 21lbs in weight.
She has shown outstanding consistency and persistence in gaining amazing results this year to date. Helping to run her own company takes up a great chunk of her time, but like anyone else, she has 24 hours in a day and she’s used the time she has to get some great results. If you really want results, then this is how you get them. By taking action.
