Daunted, self-conscious I walked through the door,

Took off my jacket, it hit the floor,

Hello said Dan, “Are you ready for fun?”,

All I wanted to do was turn around and run.

Giant rubber bands, “What the hell?”,

“Put them under your feet”, I nearly bloody fell,

“Give them a pull and hold in your tummy”,

After fifteen pulls, I felt really funny.

Personal life demanding in every way,

But confidence at FF is growing every day,

Poor Ben taking the hard hitting punches,

Whilst my legs turn to jelly with the god awful lunges.

So here I am, still feeling the burn,

Wouldn’t be anywhere else I’d like to learn,

Eight weeks in and all signed up,

I’m not giving in until I have a toned butt!

The best thing of all is when you get that glare,

You know you’re in good hands with a team that care.
