After Christmas, I lost all my motivation to go to the gym. The only form of exercise I did was badminton three times a week (don’t get me wrong, badminton is good exercise), but just badminton wasn’t enough for me. I have always loved working out and I’ve tried everything from just going to “regular” gyms, to cross fit,  to having my own PT. However, I get bored pretty easily, so I wanted to find something different.

I went online and found Fitness Formations’ website, and I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical about going to a “class based” gym, as I’ve never really been a fan of going to classes. I gave it a go and signed up to the ‘6 Week Challenge’. Little did I know that Fitness Formations’ group sessions are nothing like the regular “gym classes”.

The sessions are never the same, never overcrowded, and Dan, Ryan and Ben are some of the most professional coaches I’ve ever had.

They know exactly what they are doing and most importantly they CARE about you! I love how they make sure that everyone receives individual attention and coaching throughout the sessions.

It’s been about three months since I first walked through the door at Fitness Formation and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. Everyone at FF is so sweet and welcoming and they have made me feel like a member of their “family” from the very start. 

Since joining, I’ve become a lot stronger and healthier.  The sessions give me a great rush of energy that lasts all day and I’ve found myself sleeping and eating better as a result.
