I walked through the door of FF at the end of March this year and signed up to the ‘8 Week Challenge’. After a regular evening of sitting on the sofa scrolling through social media, I saw a post all about FF and what they had to offer. Struggling with my weight for most of my life, it caused me many issues with my health and family life. I had tried every diet going and fluctuated between many sizes over the years. I had nothing to lose by going for a look.

I have been a member of large local gyms before and was apprehensive as to what FF would be like. How would it be different? Walking through the door I was met by Heather who talked me through everything, she was warm welcoming and had a great sense of humour! Instantly, I felt this was not your average gym.

The first session I was very nervous but unlike gyms I have been to before the session was like no other. For a start Ryan knew me by name (a real person, not a number on a card through the gym door) and I was with other people who were just like me, and everyone was so friendly and fun. I have never ached so much but equally I have never had so much fun and laughter whilst working out. I walked out of the first session knowing I would be going back and also slightly puzzled as to why I already felt addicted.

The sessions are tailored to your needs and the boys work hard to ensure they base the sessions on what is best for you but also giving you that encouragement to try that bit harder to achieve the results you desire.

Jo Riley - Success Story

I have never felt as competitive with myself as I do now and it’s a great feeling knowing you have become part of a family that works together to encourage each other to become the best that they can be.

Ryan, Dan and Ben are very supportive and have huge knowledge on all aspects of health and fitness needed to achieve results. Since joining FF, I have seen visual changes in my body, and I have lost inches and gained greater strength, even surprising myself! But the biggest change I have seen is a mental one.

I know that the journey to my desired outcome is not a race and definitely not a quick fix but a long term lifestyle. As the boys will state being consistent and persistent really works. I may have busy days with work where it is hard to get there but I know that no matter whether it’s a day or a week I will walk back through the door and feel like I have never been away, and to me that’s something money cannot buy. I have made some really great friends for life.

I believe FF is the best form of mind-set medicine you can have and from being someone who hated early mornings you can now find me with the #fitnessformationfamilia at 6am on a weekday making a positive start to my working day.
