Recipe – Baked Halibut
Serve Up This Protein Packed Fish Dish....
This is an awesome protein packed fish dish. Serve it up with a side of green veggies and you’re good to go.
150g x 4 pieces of halibut steak
1 lemon (juice only)
1 tbsp sliced almonds
100ml almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1. Preheat oven to 200c (180 fan) 400f, Gas Mark 6
2. Line baking tray with foil. Place Halibut on foil. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake for 10 mins. Turn Halibut over, sprinkle with lemon juice again. Bake for a further 6 mins.
3. Meanwhile, in non-stick frying pan toast the almonds. Stir often until lightly brown. Whisk in almond milk, almond butter & remaining lemon juice. Bring to a simmer point. Cook for one minute. Place halibut on a plate & pour over a little sauce.
Serve with fresh green veg.
