Recipe – Blueberry Yoghurt Blast
A Quick, High Protein Snack....
This little beauty is a great recipe for a quick and nutritious snack if you’re strapped for time. This recipe serves one person.
Ingredients
100g greek yoghurt
50g blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Method
1. Mix 1 scoop of vanilla whey into a generous serving of full fat Greek yoghurt.
2. Swirl in a handful of frozen blueberries, top with some plain Greek yoghurt & some more blueberries.
