‘Patience is a virtue’. This is a phrase that we have all heard many times in our lives. Most of the time we take these words of wisdom into consideration, and let nature take its course.

When it comes to fat loss, however, we seem to forget these words altogether, and want instant success.

We want the weight to drop off, and when you haven’t dropped the five pounds that you set yourself to lose in seven days, you accept defeat, and tell yourself it will never happen.

Do not get frustrated with yourself. You have to remember that the weight that you have put on took time, so losing it will take time, too.

Change your habits. Change your mindset. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable in the gym. It won’t come easy. Results are made in everything we do, day in and day out.
